Outdoor Endurance Training
This 45 minute class combines intervals of strength and
cardio exercises to target your entire body. Each class will
be different from the last, which will assist in creating
more defined muscles, increasing your endurance, and
burning calories. You’ll leave feeling stronger and accomplished!
Time: 6:00-6:45am | Cost: $10 per class | Intensity level:
Intermediate to advanced
No equipment required | Weather permitting; classes will
then be held indoors
